The European Council’s clauses related to EU enlargement have been adopted, Elvira Kovács, Vice President of the Serbian National Assembly, announced this afternoon in a Facebook post.

“Serbia has been asked in a letter to submit its negotiating positions. This is a hopeful and clear sign that we can soon take another step on the path toward the EU,” the Vice President wrote.

She highlighted that this breakthrough is a significant achievement of the Hungarian EU presidency and expressed her gratitude for their support.
