Dr. Katalin Szili, former president of the Hungarian Parliament, shared valuable insights on peace and security during a compelling roundtable discussion. The event, held on February 1, brought together leaders and representatives of Hungarian – American organizations at the Embassy of Hungary in Washington DC.
It was an engaging platform where leaders had the chance to showcase their organizations, provide highlights of ongoing events, and pose insightful questions. Imola Vass, representing the Hungarian Human Rights Foundation as an HHRF Fellow, took the opportunity to shed light on the impactful advocacy activities conducted on Capitol Hill. She also updated those presents on two of our popular initiatives, the Reconnect Hungary and Transylvania Programs.
A momentous occasion fostering collaboration and discussion among leaders dedicated to making a positive impact for Hungarian minorities!
